Diana Moreno

Diana holds a law degree from Universidad Javeriana and a Master of Laws degree from Columbia University. She is currently the Executive Director of Ipas LAC. Previously, she was Director of Advocacy at Profamilia and her professional experience includes working for human rights and sexual and reproductive rights at the Center for Reproductive Rights, ELEMENTA S.A.S., the Inter-American Court of Human Rights and Women’s Link Worldwide.

Diana has also been a researcher and professor at the Universidad Javeriana on gender, human rights and armed conflict issues since the beginning of her law studies.
