Privacy Notice

Ipas works to increase the ability of all people with the capacity to bear children to exercise, in a framework of equity, their sexual and reproductive rights, including the right to choose pregnancy, and to reduce abortion-related deaths, injuries and stigma. We seek to contribute to the promotion and defense of the sexual and reproductive rights of pregnant women through advocacy in public policies and programs.

The database(s) in which your information is contained is the responsibility of IPAS and/or of the third parties hired by the latter for the safekeeping of the same, with the understanding that at all times IPAS will make its best effort to safeguard such information in accordance with the administrative, technical and physical security provisions established in the Law on the matter, to protect it from possible damage, loss, alteration or unauthorized access.

PURPOSE

Your personal data, sensitive information and/or any other information in the possession of IPAS will be used by IPAS in strict compliance with the Law and its regulations and in accordance with the Privacy Policy, and may be used for any of the activities that IPAS may perform. The owner of the information may exercise the rights of access, rectification, cancellation or opposition with respect to the personal data concerning him/her, as well as to oppose the processing of such data or revoke the consent that he/she has given us for this purpose by sending a request to IPAS through the telephone number 11076969, by means of the address [email protected], indicating at least your name, complete address or any other data or document that allows your identification, as well as the purpose of your request or procedure, in accordance with the Law and its regulations.

The holder and IPAS agree that in the event that any modification to the provisions of this Privacy Notice is required, IPAS will inform the holder of the respective changes by any means or form so that the latter may express his/her opinion regarding the same, with the understanding that in the event that no express negative response is received from the holder, we will understand that he/she has accepted said modifications or changes.

This Privacy Notice is applicable to individuals located in the United Mexican States (“Mexico”). We do not accept jurisdiction or legislation different from that applicable in the Mexican territory. This Privacy Notice shall only be applicable to Third Parties that provide us with information.
