Local legislation guarantees the right to have an abortion at the free choice of the woman or pregnant woman during the first 12 weeks of gestation.<\/h2>\n

Legal Interruption of Pregnancy (ILE)<\/p>\n

The abortion is a right and is performed by free decision of the woman or pregnant person. It is not necessary to provide an explanation of the reasons for the abortion within the first 12 weeks of gestation. <\/p>\n
