In Michoac\u00e1n, the law allows women to request a legal termination of pregnancy based on their own decision and without having to provide a reason, up to 12 full weeks of gestation. <\/p>\n

Other states, such as Mexico City, Oaxaca, Hidalgo, Veracruz, Baja California, Colima, Sinaloa, Guerrero, Baja California Sur, Quintana Roo, Aguascalientes, Puebla, Jalisco, San Luis Potos\u00ed, Chiapas, Zacatecas, the State of Mexico, Nayarit, Campeche, Yucat\u00e1n, and Tabasco have laws that respect this right. <\/p>\n
