If malformations are detected in the product
You have the right to terminate the pregnancy if malformations are detected in the product. This is possible if you have a diagnosis signed by 2 medical specialists who separately and independently state that the product has serious genetic or congenital alterations.
You will need to give your consent and, if applicable, the father’s consent to proceed with the termination.
It is not necessary that the alterations generate incompatibility with extrauterine life.
Only you can assess the seriousness of the situation. To do so, you must have clear and timely information.
