If the abortion was accidental
This type of pregnancy termination occurs as a result of an accident or for biological reasons. In most cases they are evolving or incomplete abortions.
Go to the nearest health facility to receive care without delay.
Remember that an accidental, reckless or involuntary abortion is not criminalized; you have the right to access a legal procedure in public health services; you cannot be detained, interrogated or intimidated for any reason. No authority can criminalize an action that is a right for all women, regardless of their social, economic or ethnic status. The Attorney General’s Office (PGJ), or failing that, the Public Prosecutor’s Office (MP) has no right to take action.
