The Team

In recent years, we have reorganized the team to align it more deeply with our Theory of Change. This transformation included updating roles and creating an evaluation model that seeks to strengthen the capabilities of the people who are part of lpas LAC and improve our collective impact.

Ipas LAC structure and members

At Ipas LAC, we have built an agile, transparent and efficient structure that allows us to respond to people’s needs with the speed and effectiveness required by the current context.
Currently, the organization is led by an Interim Co-Directorate, made up of two directorates:

  • Deputy Directorate of Programs, which accompanies the sub-directorates of Knowledge Management, Strengthening and Advocacy.
  • Deputy Directorate of Institutional Development, which accompanies the Purchasing, Logistics and Operations Sub-Directorate and the Human Relations Coordination .

Both directorates work transversally with the Creative Strategy and Sustainability Sub-Directorate, ensuring that each action is aligned with our vision of reproductive justice. With a committed and strategic team, we approach each challenge with the conviction of transforming realities and advancing towards reproductive justice in the region.
