Pearl Friedberg

Pearl Friedberg is director of program support for Ipas’s consolidator node. She has more than two decades of experience working to promote reproductive justice. After joining Ipas in 2001, Pearl worked closely with Ipas Latin America and Caribbean programs to develop and carry out a wide variety of projects.

In 2023, Pearl began leading Ipas’s new U.S. Program, with the goal of bringing Ipas’s global experience, reputation and bridge-building capacity to strengthen abortion access in the United States. Pearl provides strategic guidance with an intersectional perspective to expand abortion access.
