Our strategy

The feminist movement continues to gain ground and, with it, the demands and needs of women and people with childbearing capacity are evolving. Faced with this development, we decided to take a step forward: we redesigned our strategic plan, strengthened our organizational system and renewed our intervention model.

In recent years, we have reorganized the team to align it more deeply with our Theory of Change. This transformation included updating roles and creating an evaluation model that seeks to strengthen the capabilities of the people who are part of lpas LAC and improve our collective impact.

Ipas LAC structure and members

 

At Ipas LAC, we have built an agile, transparent and efficient structure that allows us to respond to people’s needs with the speed and effectiveness required by the current context.
Currently, the organization is led by an Interim Co-Directorate, made up of two directorates:

  • Deputy Directorate of Programs, which accompanies the sub-directorates of Knowledge Management, Communications, Strengthening and Advocacy.
  • Deputy Directorate of Institutional Development, which accompanies the Finance and Accounting and Human Relations sub-directorates.

Both directorates work transversally with the Resource Mobilization Sub-Directorate, ensuring that each action is aligned with our vision of reproductive justice. With a committed and strategic team, we approach each challenge with the conviction to transform realities and advance reproductive justice in the region.
